At Premium Fulfillment, we stand behind the quality of our products and the reliability of our stealth shipping network. We offer a 100% Delivery Guarantee. If your package fails to arrive due to circumstances within our control, we will issue a full refund or a free reshipment.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to strict health, safety, and regulatory protocols concerning pharmacy-grade products, we cannot accept physical returns of any medication once it has left our facility. If you encounter an issue with your order, please do not attempt to mail the product back to us. Instead, contact our support team to resolve the issue via refund or reshipment.
3. Lost or Seized Packages
While our stealth packaging is highly effective, rare logistical delays or issues can occur. Our policy for lost packages is as follows:
- If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days (for domestic orders), we consider the package lost.
- In the event of a lost package, you may choose between a one-time free reshipment (sent via priority express) or a full refund.
- Note: We do not offer refunds or free reshipments if the failed delivery is due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Every order is double-checked and vacuum-sealed prior to dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged package or an incorrect item:
- Please contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp shown on your tracking link.
- Provide a clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect items alongside the original packaging.
- Upon verification, we will immediately dispatch a replacement order at absolutely no cost to you.
5. Order Cancellations
Because we utilize an automated, rapid-fulfillment system to ensure overnight delivery, orders are processed very quickly. You may cancel your order for a full refund only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once a tracking number has been generated and the package has been handed to the courier, the order cannot be canceled.
6. Refund Processing Times
If a refund is approved by our support team, it will be processed using your original method of payment:
- Credit/Debit, CashApp, Zelle: Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Cryptocurrency (BTC/ETH): Refunds are processed within 24 hours. The refund will be calculated based on the USD value of the order at the exact time of the transaction.
