Everything you need to know about our processing times, stealth packaging, and overnight delivery guarantees.
1. Processing & Dispatch Times
We understand that when you place an order, you need it delivered as quickly as possible. Our fulfillment center operates rapidly to ensure minimal wait times.
- Same-Day Dispatch: All orders placed and paid for before 2:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday) will be packaged and handed to the courier on the exact same day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Speeds
We utilize the fastest and most reliable domestic courier networks available. During checkout, you will have the option to select your preferred delivery speed:
- Overnight Priority Express: 1 Business Day (Next-morning delivery for orders placed before the cutoff).
- Standard Priority: 2-3 Business Days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the courier. Weather conditions and public holidays may occasionally cause slight delays out of our control.
3. 100% Stealth Packaging
Your privacy is our highest priority. We employ industry-leading stealth packaging techniques to guarantee absolute discretion from our facility to your doorstep.
- All products are securely vacuum-sealed to protect the integrity of the items and prevent any odors.
- Packages are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or standard courier envelopes.
- There are no pharmaceutical logos, branding, or references to the contents anywhere on the outside of the package.
- The return address is a generic, unassuming corporate fulfillment center.
4. Tracking Your Order
Transparency and peace of mind are built into our system. Once your order has been packaged and a shipping label is created, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking number to update in the courier’s system after you receive your dispatch email.
5. Signature Requirements
To maintain maximum privacy for our clients, standard overnight and priority deliveries do not require a signature upon delivery. The courier will leave the package securely in your mailbox or at your doorstep. If you specifically require a signature for delivery, please mention this in the order notes during checkout.
6. Lost Packages & Guarantees
We maintain a near 100% successful delivery rate. However, if your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, we consider the package lost in transit. In this rare event, we will issue a free priority reshipment or a full refund, per our Refund & Reship Policy.
